Shipping Area & Delivery Times
📍Netherlands & Belgium: 4 - 9 business days
🌍 International: 7 - 10 business days
Please note that we require an average of 1 - 3 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on your country or region.

Processing & Shipping Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
Delivery Time: After shipment, an estimated delivery time of 4 - 9 business days applies within NL & BE and 7 - 10 business days worldwide.
Shipping Days: We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Pre-orders & Backorders: If an order contains a pre-order or backorder, the available items will be shipped immediately. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.
Shipping Methods & Reliable Delivery
We work with reliable carriers such as DHL and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. All orders are shipped insured. If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service immediately at info@striveandco.com.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which means there is only a short window to request address changes.

Missing or Damaged Items
Missing Items: Did you receive an order with a missing item? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via info@striveandco.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please send us an email immediately with photos of the product and the packaging. We will provide an appropriate solution.
Return Policy
Not satisfied with your order? No problem! Please view our Return Policy for detailed information on how to return an item.
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
Return Costs:
For products with manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind (e.g. wrong size/color or changed opinion), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
💰 Refunds: Once we have received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
