Conditions of the Money-Back Guarantee:

  • This guarantee is valid for 14 days from the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, you must provide evidence of the damage or discrepancy, such as photos.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with any included accessories and documentation.

How to Claim the Money-Back Guarantee:

Our team will assess your claim and provide further instructions regarding the return process.

Money-Back Guarantee Refund Process:

Once your claim is received and approved, a refund will be processed.
The refund will cover the full cost of the product, excluding the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.

Timeframe for Returns and Refunds:

  • Customers have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

  • Any requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • The product must be returned within this period.

Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.

  • In the original packaging with all labels and seals intact.

  • Accompanied by the original order receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that opened or used products, as well as items purchased on sale or at a discount, are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, not all products can be returned if used. Sports items, for example, cannot be returned once used due to hygiene reasons, as they come into direct contact with the body.

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a return or refund, contact our customer service team at info@striveandco.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product(s) (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with further instructions for the return process.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that a return shipping fee of €4,95 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Strive & Co is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged product for another item, the process is similar to a return. Any price difference will be charged or refunded as necessary.

Partial Refunds and Non-Refundable Items:

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted. We will inform you of any deductions before processing the refund.
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, discounted products, and other specified items (such as gift cards) cannot be refunded.
